Simon-Pierre Boucher Research Observatory
About the observatory
This observatory is the public publication portal for the research working papers associated with Simon-Pierre Boucher and his research activities at the Université du Québec en Outaouais. It combines a scientific library (manuscripts, structured metadata, versions and citation tools), a discovery engine (topics, methods, data, authors, timeline) and a research-intelligence layer that connects papers to one another.
Institutional status
This observatory is an independent publication portal maintained by Simon-Pierre Boucher, professor at the Université du Québec en Outaouais (Département des sciences administratives). It is not an official UQO institutional repository. Working papers are circulated for discussion and comment; they have not necessarily undergone formal peer review.
Author affiliation: Université du Québec en Outaouais, Département des sciences administratives (https://uqo.ca).
Editorial principles
- Working paper numbers are permanent: they are never reassigned and gaps are allowed.
- Every published version remains downloadable unless withdrawn for legal or privacy reasons; the history is immutable.
- Metadata (abstracts, contributions, methods, data, findings) is written from the manuscripts and approved by the editor. Links inferred from textual or semantic similarity are labelled as inferred.
- Displayed statistics are computed live from the publication database; nothing is estimated.
- Papers circulate for discussion; they have not necessarily undergone peer review. Journal publication status is shown on each record when known.
Discoverability
Each record exposes Highwire Press (Google Scholar), Dublin Core and JSON-LD (ScholarlyArticle) tags. An OAI-PMH endpoint, an RSS feed, a sitemap and a public API are available. API · OAI-PMH · RSS.
